Duo is a new one on one video calling app from Google. It will be released for both Android and iOs devices This Summer. You can connect to anyone from anywhere in the world, both fast or slow connections will work seamlessly with your wifi and/or cellular data. You use your own phone number to make calls and connect with friends. The thing that intrigued me most is the Knock Knock feature, it’s a live preview of the caller before you answer. No worries too, your video calls will be secure and private with end to end encryption. I’m excited to try it, can’t wait for it’s official release. Here is a little clip to show you how it will work:
If your looking for a good starting point definitely check out the C25K (Couch to 5k) app. It’s a free smartphone app/fitness program that helps anyone reach the goal of running a 5k in 8 weeks. It gives you a step by step approach to accomplish this goal. You only commit to training 3x a week for 30-40mins. You can even sync your favorite music to the app to help keep you motivated. It’s a great app and I’m actually using it myself too to help build up my endurance. It’s available now for both Apple & Android devices. #CheckItOut
This is my new favorite to-do list / task management app. With Any.do you can plan your entire day ahead and set reminders so you don’t forget whats important. One of the main things that I love is it’s clean minimalist design that is very easy to navigate and work with. It’s free (the app is available for both Apple and Android smartphones) plus you have the ability to sync across all your devices. Here is a little video that shows more about it:

ibotta is like having coupons in the digital age only better. No need to hunt, search and cut em’ out anymore. It’s a free mobile app for digital coupons, rebates and cashback shopping. You select where you are planning on going shopping and see what rebates are available then you unlock the rebates you’d like to use. If your in the store you scan the product(s) then after you make purchase you take a pic of your receipt and submit it. It’s that easy. When it’s time you can cash out via Paypal, Venmo or a Gift Card. It’s awesome because it’s so convenient that it’s cash, not points or anything else. It’s available for both Apple & Android devices. This is one of my current go to apps definitely #checkitout
Phhhoto is a fun mobile app I recently discovered. It’s not your typical photo or video app… It takes a series of images and puts them together to make an animated image that loops. Very similar to a GIF but it uses a new format which has more color. Trust me once you create a Phhhoto you’ll be hooked. The app is also cool in a sense it’s built like it’s own social network. You can find friends, share across other social media platforms, hashtag & more. If you want some inspiration or are just curious to see what amazing pieces others have made you can check out the “WOW” tab.

It’s available now for free in iOS store & via Google Play. #CheckItOut
